Are some of your products organic?

Some soaps in my collection have organic ingredients and it will state organic under the description of each soaps listed.  Click on the view full details. 

 

What is the return and refund policy?

There are no returns and refunds for soap bars, lip balms, salves and accessories.  If for some reason you are allergic or sensitive with any of our soap bars, lip or salves, please discontinue use.  Write us an email on our contact page of the product that you've encountered an allergic reaction or sensitivity to, along with the invoice number for reference and we can provide you with a 10% discount on your next order.

When can I expect my orders to arrive?

Typically, it takes roughly 2 business days to process the order.  In addition, it would take 3-4 days with USPS.  I ship via USPS Priority Mail only.  If an order is delayed, I can you send you status but shipment is handled by USPS.

Do you allow free shipping or hand delivery of soaps?

In some cases, I do offer free shipping if a soap was purchased from me from a craft fair or a friend's referral.  Also, before submitting an order , please contact me for the coupon code in order to provide you free shipping.   Please send me a detailed message on the contact page in order for me to hand deliver the items to you. 

Do you offer a custom loaf batch?

Yes, I offer custom loaf batches.  Please send me your ideas of what ingredients that you have in mind and if the fragrances or essential oils are available at my shop, then I can send you a quote via email. 

Do you offer a wholesale/Private Label products?

Yes, I do.  Please send me a request on my contact page with your name, phone number and email.  We can discuss the product you have in mind and a quote is generated along with terms and conditions.
