Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on soap bars, lip balms, salves, or accessories. If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity to any of our soap bars, lip balms, or salves, please discontinue use immediately. You may contact us through our Contact page with details of the product and your invoice number for reference. As a courtesy, we will provide a 10% discount on your next order.

Orders typically take 2 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–4 business days via USPS Priority Mail, which is our only shipping method. If your order is delayed, we are happy to provide a status update; however, please note that delivery timelines are ultimately handled by USPS.

Yes, we offer custom soap loaf batches. Please contact us with your ideas, including desired ingredients and fragrances. If the requested fragrances or essential oils are available in our shop, we will follow up with a personalized quote via email.
